The Tatio Geysers form the third most intense volcanic-origin geothermal field on the planet, offering a unique experience with active geysers that reach temperatures above 85ºC, at over 4,500 meters above sea level, making them the highest geysers in the world!
We will start the day with a breakfast in the geothermal field while we wait for the sunrise and enjoy the hot springs. Then, we will explore Bofedal, a valley formed by the springs of rivers coming from the nearby mountains, offering an impressive high-mountain landscape. We will also visit Machuca, a picturesque traditional village where families are dedicated to llama herding and crafts. Here, you can indulge in typical dishes made with local flora and fauna, while immersing yourself in Andean culture. An experience that combines nature, tradition, and beauty in a single day.
